LITTLE SOUNDS. BIG DISCOVERIES.
Listen. Say it. Put the sounds together.Your next little adventure starts here.
01 / LISTEN & EXPLORE
Tap a flower. Hear its sound. Can you say it too?
Play together for a few minutes. Follow Prish's interest; stop when he has had enough. Reading is a journey, not a race.
Sounds before names. Tap a letter and copy the sound. Keep stop sounds short: /t/, not “tuh”. Each letter here shows one common sound; English letters can make other sounds too.
Model → practise → use. Explore a small patch, listen for its sounds, then blend words using only that patch and earlier patches. Move on when he feels comfortable; the patch selector is parent-controlled guidance, not a test.
Gentle help. A miss brings a replay and a hint. Detective practice gives less secure sounds extra turns. Flowers mark completed practice, not a reading assessment. Five answers brings a natural break.
Private by design. Progress stays in this browser. No account, microphone, ads, analytics, or child data uploads. Sounds use one bundled English voice. Joined words are constructed from those same sound clips, with the gaps removed.
The individual sounds are generated with Microsoft Zira Desktop (US English). Joined words concatenate those same phoneme samples; they do not use whole-word text-to-speech. Phonemes are specified with IPA pronunciations, rather than spoken letter names. Sound clips and joined blends are bundled for offline use.
